As first part of my dissertation work I am releasing my .NET 4.0 logging framework (the current licence is in the zip file) with documentation. The documentation is for C# 4.0 but the framework can also be used in other .NET languages like VB.NET. The code documentation is also online and includes examples for VB and C++. Note though that at the moment the main Logger and Extension methods are not in the help file. This appears to be a problem with sandcastle and the new .NET 4.0 Framework.

The complete framework will include tools for stochastics, discrete simulation, heuristic optimization, semantics, machine learning and some other things. Some of the parts (like the discrete simulation library) are already finished but require some more testing and documentation before they can be officially released. Most of the framework will be released as open source, but I do not provide the source code as download or per SVN yet. If you are a coder, you will know how to get it. If you are a business man, pay my dedicated server and I will provide sources via SVN.
